TERMS OF CONDITIONS

The agreement is put into place to secure a photo session with Lana Oguz Photography and to ensure our expectations have been communicated. Please read this entire contract carefully. If you have any questions, please let me know before our session. I look forward to working with you!

Please note that you are aware of the photographer's style and his editing vision in photography, make sure that you learned the portfolio before you made your booking if after the session you are unsatisfied with the results because it does not meet your preference of style, or you do not like the editing of the pictures there will be no refunds due to unreasonable demands.

The Photographer kindly asks clients to give permission to display the images on the website, and social media, and use them for marketing/promotion/advertising purposes. ​

​

If you want your session to be private and you do not want to give publication permission, please inform the photographer before the session booking.

​

Please note! A newborn session will be provided if the baby age only from 6 to 14 days. The classic newborn session will be done at our Studio.

BOOKING & PAYMENT

​

To confirm and secure your booking, we kindly request a prepayment of 20% of the total package price.

​

Downpayment fees are non-refundable if you decide to cancel the session 

​

Please understand that session fee, print prices, and business policies are non-negotiable.

​

The session fee is due at the time of booking to secure your place on our calendar and is non-refundable*

​

Full payment should be done on the day of the photo session.

 

For the sessions outside of the studio or outside the city, a transportation fee is required.

​

The photographer has the right to cancel or postpone the photo session due to any personal circumstances, equipment failure, or emergency. 

 

Prices and packages can change without notice. Current pricing will be honored for thirty days for sessions that are booked with the retainer prices. 

​

*My studio has a no-sick policy. It means clients are required to disclose and reschedule their session if their child or anyone coming to the studio has any symptoms such as fever, cough, or vomiting in the last 48 hours. I accept reschedule requests up to 24 hours before your session - and there is no fee to reschedule.  No show or rescheduling within 24 hours will incur a $30 reschedule fee at the discretion of Photographer.

PROOFING

​

Proofs will be completed within 1 week from the session date.

 

If the Client wishes to choose the final edited images, he has a right to them. Proofs will be placed in an online gallery for 30 days to determine the final edited images chosen by the client.

 

If within 30 days the client doesn’t select the photos for editing sent to them, the photographer has the right to choose for them. Any changes requested by the client apply extra fees.

 

Proofs are not included in any package.

 

We do not release raw, unedited images since these are not considered to be finished products and will not be provided under any circumstances. Additional editing is billed separately.

FINAL EDIT & PRODUCTS

​

After reviewing the proofs, the final images will be chosen by the Client. We will edit and deliver only the final images chosen by the Client.

 

The final edited images will be ready in 30 days after client selection. I will upload your images to the gallery and will send your link to the Google Drive folder for download. The link will be active for 3 months, the client is responsible for downloading and saving digital images.

Waiting for time for the finished product (printed production, albums,): from 2 months from the date of the payment. It includes product design and album template proofing.

​

Clients should collect their packages from the photographer's location. Product delivery is not included in the packages. Kargo should be paid by clients separately.
